This post is a little late because I’ve been with family for the past two days, but I still wanted to take a moment to celebrate and thank all of you.

This year, Thanksgiving fell on November 28th, which also marked Refresh Gaming's 2nd Anniversary. In a message I shared with our staff, I mentioned how fitting it is for our Anniversary to coincide with Thanksgiving. I truly cannot express how grateful I am to have all of you as part of our community. Refresh Gaming began as a simple project aimed at changing how communities operate and engage. My goal was to create a space that people love, feel connected to, and have a say in shaping. So, thank you for being here, playing on our servers, donating, and contributing to this amazing community. We genuinely couldn’t do this without you.

While this year hasn’t been one of significant growth for Refresh Gaming, mainly because it’s been a busy year for many of us, it has been a year of consistency. We’ve focused on maintaining and improving our servers, and we’ve seen a steady player base throughout the year. In fact, there have been many days where our servers hit max capacity or saw significant traction multiple times a day.

Looking ahead, we plan to make Year 3 a year of growth. With the infrastructure, experience, and team we’ve built, we’re ready to expand and take things to the next level!

This Sunday, we’ll be hosting a public meeting, and we’d love for everyone to join us. While it’s an official meeting, we’re also turning it into an event! We’ll catch up, discuss plans and ideas, and even play a few games together. The meeting will take place at 8:30 PM CST tomorrow (12/1/2024). I hope to see y'all there!
