Do you meet the 40 hour minimum server playtime: yes

Did a staff member recommend you? If so, who: Breezy

What would you add or change to the server if you became Operator: I would consistently add new map releases fix problems in the server and improve the server generally.

Why do you want to be Operator: I feel the server has potential however it needs someone like me that has experience in surf and understands what makes surf servers better than most therefore i feel I could improve the server greatly.

What characteristics do you think make a good leader: A leader needs to take charge when needed while also being reasonable and not making any irrational decisions.

Lwite From what I’ve seen I think you would make a great successor to Breezy. However I’d love to hear some of your improvements and ideas you might have in mind for surf. When looking for a new operator we are looking for someone who is going to make our server the best it can possible be. And seeing as this operator is the operator that we will be entering CS2 with we have to be sure they are willing to bring new ideas to the table. So I’d love to hear about some improvements and ideas you might have for surf

one of the first would be changes would be part of the timer, for example on staged linears stage 2/3/4/5/etc recs should have to be started with a normal prestrafe and not with the speed from the previous stage otherwise people prehop or use the previous stage to get an unfair advantage on the stage record

once records stand strong they should be recorded and uploaded to a youtube channel whether thats weekly / monthly, just doing it at all would be benefital to bring players to the server. For example i never played GFL or heard of it until i had watched a youtube video coming from the server
