Do you have previous experience as a staff member for a different community?: ok lets get into this yes I was once a head admin for a lucid dreaming discord server called dreamville when I joined it was my first time being active in a server I made my discord account three months before being in that server and I only added close friends I new irl anyways in one month I got a trail period for moderator the next day i was a full on moderator i really liked all the other members and the other moderators and i guess they liked me back i was an honored member of the server i even had a special chat room to myself and the members i liked the most with a special role to gain access to the chat room i liked the experience of lucid dreaming and the experiance of being a mod trolling some members on occasion and intervening when needed to resolve conflicts i wish i could tell you the owner of the server and have you guys interview him yourselves but that's where the trouble starts I joined the server in late 2020, fresh out of high school, but in 2022, I had a falling out. Another moderator approached me at a time when I was starting to become less and less active on the server, getting on only once a week. They had told me that the owner and some of the other moderators were well. There is no way to say this the right way, so here we go. He was a pedophile, and so was another moderator I disliked. There was another server that they used to share hentai CP, and members that were trusted to either like it or tolerate it were invited. I always made my stance on CP clear. I banned all members that talked about doing that stuff in lucid dreams, and once I got into an altercation with another moderator due to them being accused of asking for a sketchy photo from underage girls. Well, I didn't know what to do. I was a known ambassador for the server, going onto other lucid dreaming servers to send invites and advertise our server as an "advocate for free speech, a place where you can talk about all your lucid dream experience's." I was mad at myself for not noticing the goings on on the server and even more mad at the members of the server that supported it. I then reported the server and left a message in the bulletin board telling all members what was going on and using my privileges to close all the chat channels and spam them with my last message before leaving. I was able to get another five moderators/members of the server to report it to Discord, but nothing happened. I was never emailed back, and the server is still up and running, and the owner still has his original account. Anyway, its been years, and well, what can I do but try again, i guess, and join another community and give someone else a chance? Look, I know I'm saying ALOT, and you might be thinking, Well, how do I know he's not bullshitting? I still have screenshots of the owner and other moderators talking about CP and promoting it. Do I have screen shots of the secondary server I was talking about? No, I got one of the members to invite me to see if it was all true when I was told of the allegations, and well, I joined, wanted to immediately bleach my eyes, and left. If you want those screenshots, I can give them to you. 

Why should you be a Moderator for RFG?: I want to make sure no person with a bad mood ruins the experience for others or shames them for being bad at the game. I still have positive memories of being a Dreamville moderator and helping out the newer members and making sure they stayed and learned rather than joining and trying and failing just to immediately leave. I want people to think that Hurky is the moderator I can talk to and ask for help, or just talk to him because he's approachable unlike the others.
