How would you help the server you are applying for if you became Admin?: (mind the YAPPING) so I am a person that loves to see small communities grow and expand. I love the fact that Chase and the devs are putting a lot of hard work into this, quite frankly, dying community (thanks, Steam), so I want to help grow the server in the right direction by increasing activity, but more than that, the chat activity I don't want anyone to feel alone or like they can't say hi and chat; I especially don't want others to reach out and try to start a chat and get no response, even though the server might be pretty active. I want to incentivize chat activity, mainly text chat activity, since maybe people don't have a mic or they are too shy to VC or they want to text chat before they want to VC (me lol), and I think that being admin will allow me to remove the bad actors trying to bully or harass others trying to have a good time, especially now that I see there is a big push to try to revive CSGO surfing. I don't want all that hard work to go to waste with a badly moderated community.
Why do you want to be an Admin?: ill take this as what would i do as admin mainly i would try and remove the debbie downers obviously eveyone makes jokes human is very subjective but you cant just go YALL TALKING ABOUT BORING AHH SHI STFU id want to take the steps from warning to temp mute to perm mute without the delay of having to possibly wake someone up or bothering someone else to perm mute or perm gag banning would be the last thing id due personally id rather perm mute and perm gag or both but beyond that as i said i want to guide the community in the right direction

I have been with Refresh for a little over a year or so in an admin/head admin role. It’s a place where we can all come together to celebrate our love for gaming, and I’m honored to be a part of it in a more significant way.
