What would you add or change to the server if you became Operator?

As of right now for the community, I think its current structure is fine but as an Operator, I would change upon what the community wants with the most votes. Otherwise, I would implement maps that seem fun for the community like we've all been doing for. Overall, I would say a primary change would be adding and removing maps unless other components needed to be addressed.

Why do you want to be Operator?:

I want to be Operator for Refresh Gaming because I believe as a leader, active player and an overall person I would be a good fit in organizing/managing a server like Deathrun for Refresh Gaming. I would also like to be placed in this higher position for RFG because I want to have a larger hand for the community and run it in the correct direction. I believe if I achieve the position as an Operator for RFG, I will make the correct decisions and will help the community grow.

What characteristics do you think make a good leader?

As a person I would say I'm very good at communication and I'm very organized. When I'm placed in a higher position from others to be the leader they need me to be, I have a driven personality and will get the things done that are appropriate. Overall, I would say I'm a very outgoing, likeable, fair and determined human being and that's why I believe I'm a good leader and manager.
