If i Become Operator, i will try my best to make the best and needed changes to the server that i can, take community reccomendations into consideration always and consult with other senior staff about those possible improvements.

i want to become Operator to help improve and grow a community that has the same drive to do so that i do.

A Good leader Provides Respect to all players, Setting goals for the server and carring out actions to achieve said goals, providing ideas to improve the community/Server as a whole. directing staff in a direction that will lead to success and growth of RFG.
